Amy headed back to Belfast over the summer to direct 2 episodes of the popular BBC / Britbox Police Drama ‘Hope Street’. Shot on location in and around the picturesque harbour town of Donaghadee, the series follows the trials and tribulations of the small Police department in the fictional NI town of Port Devine. Starring Ciaran McMenamin, Kerri Quinn, Niall Wright, Des McAlleer and Niamh McGrady (amongst a brilliant ensemble cast).
Amy was reunited with her regular Silverpoint DoP Ray Carlin, along with many of her other SP team, as well as working alongside some fantastic new collaborators.
The episodes are due for broadcast in 2024 (dates TBC)
